The birth center alliance board meets a minimum of four times per year and holds a membership meeting immediately after. Committee meetings happen throughout the year.

Friday April 21st: 3pm Board Meeting 4pm Membership Meeting *RESCHEDULED* to Friday May 12th (same time)

Birth Center - additional owner - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) If your birth center is already a member, please use this option for additional owners/members.

Birth Center Member - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This includes a birth center owner. $75 per additional owners/members.

Friends of Birth Center Model of Care - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This membership level includes individuals that have received care from a birth center or community midwife, individuals that support birth centers and midwives, and want to contribute to the cause of birth center advocacy in Virginia.

Individual Midwife - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This includes any birth-center midwife(non-owner), midwife who doesn't currently own a birth center but is interested in opening one, or simply a midwife who is a birth center model of care advocate.

Student Midwife - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This includes any student midwife that is currently enrolled in a midwifery program or apprenticeship.
